Edible yellow pigment.
In Japan can be used in oil food, powder (cake powder, powder juice), sugar, food products such as icing, alone or in combination with other aluminum lake share. The frying oil, shortening the usage of 0.01% ~ 0.02%. Enhanced with red sunset yellow aluminum lake share (10% ~ 20%). Aluminum lake covering ability is far better than water-soluble pigments, reason often used in powder beverage coloring, usage is 0.01% ~ 0.02%.
